Great app works good free version is great just added my data from past week into the app only problem is you have to switch date on ur phone to do this I tried 3 different other apps for logging workouts ditlost and fitness point and fooducate(food tracker too not as good of workout track just takes in the time u worked out for great for food) going be buying the full app its cheap and love the info it give will tell you your aprox 1 rep and its pretty close to it of course some stuff like push-ups an chin-ups if ur adding weight this isnt going tell u an exact accuracy for that kind of stuff but beside that its just plane simple an easy to use takes a little bit time to add your workout you can i do believe preload with workouts in full app but I wanna use mine anyways its the routine I been using deff if you want a app to log workouts this is the way to go beats paper and there is social media share options or u can email it to yourself and the full app will create pdf files of every workout for you to save or back up for yourself great app cant say again how much I like it cant wait to Go use it this week
