Great!

Great app! Keep going guys and please add the opportunity to upload an own background!

Awesome!

Its super easy to use and set up custom workouts with. I looked through about 10 apps before coming across this one. By far the most straight up for setting up any workouts and has all the exercises you could want. The rest timer is just another awesome bonus to help make workouts less phone oriented and keep you on track in the gym. 10/10 overall!

Would give 3 stars

Needs a little tweaking. It a little more work to be the best it can be. Especially on the Apple Watch

Awesome

This is exactly what I have been trying to find. Its simple and straightforward. Customizable. The best workout logging app Ive tried yet.

5 starts

This app is a full five stars. I have many fitness apps that I purchased over time and found they were all missing one thing or another. This app has it all!

Excelkent

User friendly...inspiring...motivates...the fact that it keeps a log of all your reps and weight used the last time you did the workout keeps you pushing harder! There are workout templates available, but you can create your own workout...the workout timer is also a cool feature....excellent app! Highly recommend it!

Awesome But....

Just lost every bit of data, every workout Ive done for the last 18 months. Just reverted to being an empty shell out of the blue.

Nice app

Nice straight forward app with lots of good features. Auto upload to the cloud would be nice. A little more features around cardio. Heart rate would be amazing. Great app however just suggestions.

Really Good

Lets face it. When your in the gym you dont have a lot of time to fiddle with apps in between sets. You want to get in log your stats and get out. I found ironGains to have the simplest and most flexing interface out there. Things change while youre working out. This app will allow you to create workouts ahead of the gym but also change them on the fly. It lets you add your own custom exercise names and sets. It tallies up your whole workout and gives you nice summaries and reports. In addition for tech people it allows you to export your data to CSV for use in Excel or Access. It also allows you to back up your data. Not much more you can ask for. A few technical annoyances here and there but honestly this is the best and well worth the upgrade price.

High Quality Weight Lifting Tracker

This app is excellent. Most apps waste time between sets. I highly recommend Iron Gains for weightlifting. I am now down to two total apps for working out. Iron Gains for weights and Runtastic for running/biking/swimming/rowing.

Dont waste time

Downloaded and wont even open dont waste your time

Great app

I use it to help me remember how much weight I used on a particular exercise and how many results/sets I did.

CRASHES!!!...........AGAIN!!!

ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING?!! New update doesnt open once again. Idk how much longer I can work with this app if its still gonna do this bs. Another new list of workout routines completely gone. Cool ??

Awesome app

Flexible, intuitive and powerful.

I was running this app for a year

I think a developer doesnt have good knowledge about what he is doing. Where is Apple looking? Watch app doesnt work, crashes after Start. There are always some problems with the app. There were not good, quality updates since the app was released. Except wallpapers. I think, its time to find an alternative. Sorry

Gr8

No problem keeps track of everything

Truly great app

This is an amazing app that does everything that I was looking for in a workout/gym app. I use it with my Apple Watch and leave my phone in the car or at home. The only thing I wish would change, that maybe can with a minor update is, the timer notifying you when the Apple Watch screen is turned off. Currently now it only vibrates when the timer expires and the watch face is on (when your looking at the timer expire). Which is kind of backwards. Like I said, besides that... Amazing app.

Not impressed

Not at all what I would look for in a strength tracking app. You do not have the option of simply selecting an exercise and entering your strength numbers for it... the layout is overly complicated and initially it is outright confusing. Very poorly designed and needs some serious revisions.

Easy to use

This app is what Ive been looking for. Works with Apple Watch and is really easy to set up and use. I have a home gym and this app made it really easy to track my workouts.

Wont open on my Apple Watch

I love the app on my phone, but cant seem to get the app to open on my Apple Watch. Very frustrating!!
