Easy to track everything. I can change my weights and reps fast and easy. No need to bring a journal, I have my phone for my music so why not have an app for that lol. Keeps it simple and easy. And the bonus is you can see exactly how much weight you are lifting per workout. I was amazed to see in my first workout using this app I lifted over 6000 lbs by the end of all my sets. Come on really have you ever wanted to know that you just lifted a car lol, If it was in 30 and 60 lbs pieces lol... Will put this app to work.....
