A stellar workout logger
I have spent the last six or so months tracking my progress using various apps and paper & pencil methods, and this stands out as the most effective tracker in its class. I was so impressed with it that I quickly upgraded to the pro version for rest tracking and had no qualms about doing so.
Ive found that the post-workout summary has been extremely effective at getting me to push myself just a bit harder each attempt. Seeing the total weight lifted, average weight lifted per minute and the percentage increase in each individual exercise is just fantastic. Wonderfully laid out and a real joy to use.
